Meditation

 People love to listen to meditation but sometimes feel hard to meditate. Sometimes, we  heard that the mind will become calm after doing meditation. But initially, it is not possible as our mind is active continuously. Meditation will give you a new choice of living by witnessing your thoughts. After meditation, we will become the audience still we enjoy without involvement.  The same is with meditation, in this we need not judge  the moment, only enjoyment. When we witness, we say it's happening. But in meditation, we will stop fighting the circumstances. People love to chant mantras for meditation. Mantra can be positive sentences, verses, and prose. Every word has its frequencies. Scientists have proved that various vibrations move with  frequency. Mantras create vibrations.  Meditations has its own value: 1. It can increase your concentration 2. It will improve your vision in your life. 3. It will enhance your potential in your life.
