30 Days Writing Challenge Series- Topic 1 Self-Love
Nowadays,
people are focussing on Self-Love. Why do we love ourselves and why does it matter?
Self-Love means that you accept yourself fully, empathize with yourself with
kindness and respect, as well as, nurture your wellbeing and progress.
Self-love consists
not only of how they treat themselves but also their thoughts and feelings about
themselves. So, when a person tries to imagine what would do for themselves, how
to talk to themselves, and how they feel about themselves that shows ‘concern
and love.
Self-love is
very much can look like in action:

Saying
positive things to themselves
·
Forgiving
themselves when they mess up
·
Fulfilling
their own requirements
·
Being
Intuitive
·
Not
letting others take advantage of or abuse them.
·
Initiating
their well-being and health
·
Asking
for Support
·
Letting
go of grudges or anger that anyone back.
·
Offering
themselves healthy treats.
People's requirements
to love themselves:
If anyone
grew up without models for self-love or anyone who communicated to anyone about
the relevance of being good to themselves, questions its value.
If there is no self-love, anyone is self-critical as well as perfectionist. They are
more likely to be mistreated by others. Anyone will ignore their requirements and feelings as they are not in their best interest. Self-love is the
base that permits one to be assertive, set boundaries, develop healthy
relationships with others, practice self-care, and persist in interest, as well as,
goals. They feel proud of who they are.
