Experience Patience When waiting For Situations To Change
We have all waited for different things; from experience, we know they can take time. Yet we become impatient when a difficult situation is in front of us.
1. How good are you at eagerly waiting for what you want- a change in habit, a job interview outcome, a promotion, weight loss your turn at the billing counter? How do you respond to known or unexpected delays, which are common nowadays in daily personal and professional life?
2.
Being
patient is more about inner self-control or control of the mind and less about
time. Patience with self, people, and conditions brings more peace, compassion,
and acceptance inside us. When you show patience, you will have the power to
handle challenges as you do not deplete energy creating impatience or
irritation.
3.
Do
not abandon the goal due to the time it takes to materialize, do not make fast
decisions, and do not look for shortcuts. Meditate daily to enhance your
patience, resilience, and tolerance. The more you create the right thoughts during
the waiting period. The easier it becomes to wait.
