If you don't believe in yourself, why would you start? Believe that you can do the work in front of you. Believe in yourself and you will be halfway there.

Try this smile and check their mood. You probably felt better. Smiling has been proven to do so.. The same thing can happen when anyone believes anyone has the strength to take on a task.
3 Mistakes in creating rules for absolute truths:
You are designed by their atmosphere and the laws you are with. These are just other people's news or what they believe. Never stop checking your mind to analyse different prospects of life.
3. Not taking the work to its highest expression (Settling)
If you are not focusing on the work and doing it half-heartedly, then don't expect the outcome.
